Project Management

Project management is the practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a project team.

The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals within the given constraints. The usual constraints are scope, time, quality and budget. There is a distinction between classic and agile methods of project management, while the trend is moving towards hybrid/combined solutions.
