Product Owner in Scrum

In the context of Scrum, the Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the product and serves as the technical representative of the customer. They are responsible for the development and success of the product. This includes continuously developing a product vision, capturing requirements as user stories in the backlog, and maintaining the backlog. They also prioritize the user stories for the team, clarify any questions, and take formal responsibility for the final implementation.
